Tian You
TIAN YOU NEEDS TO HAVE HIS BLADDER EMPTIED MANUALLY THROUGH A HOLE IN HIS ABDOMEN (STOMA) WITH A CATHETER. THIS PROCEDURE IS DONE BY HIS CARETAKERS EVERY 3 HOURS, AND AT NIGHT A CATHETER AND URINE BAG ARE USED. HE ALSO DEFACATES INTO A BAG ATTACHED TO ANOTHER OPENING IN HIS ABDOMEN (COLOSTOMY). HE WILL HAVE TO USE A COLOSTOMY BAG FOR LIFE, AS THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO CREATE A WORKING ANUS. PART OF HIS BLADDER IS STILL EXPOSED, AND IT NEEDS TO BE KEPT CLEAN AND STERILE AFTER EACH PROCEDURE OF HIS DAILY CARE.
